Our Virgin Hair:
We have 3 types of Virgin hair available for you to buy, they are all RSD (Remy Single Drawn) which means all of the hairs are in the same direction, any short hairs have been removed and they are all aligned. The cuticles are all in place at the top and the tips are at the end. This allows for tangle free and more durable, longer lasting hair. In a pony-tail of Virgin hair, the hair collectors can usually select up to 4 different lengths from one bundle, this is a very efficient method and allows no wastage of such precious hair. For example, all the 14" strands will be set aside to make one pack, as will the 18" strands and so on. You will only receive a pack full of hairs that are exactly the same length.
1. Un-coloured Virgin Hair has been carefully hand selected, in its natural state, and is un-dyed/un-coloured and un-processed. These only come in 3 colours, Natural Black, Natural off black and Brown. It will last for 4-5 uses and is fairly low maintenance. This type of virgin hair is perfect for those who don’t tend to change their look much and are naturally dark haired. This is one of the most affordable types of virgin hair on the market, you will find that this is what most websites are offering when its in this price range.
2. Coloured Virgin Hair has been carefully hand selected, and have been dyed to achieve the colours in the colour charts. Colour 613 is not achievable in Indian hair; all other colours are available in the hair types listed below. It will last for a minimum of 3/4 uses and is fairly low maintenance. This type of virgin hair is perfect for those who like to change their styles, colours and experiment. As above, this is one of the most affordable types of virgin hair on the market, you will find that this is what most websites are offering when its in this price range.
3. Virgin Cuticle Hair From 1 Donor, prices start at £170 has not been processed or dyed, in its total natural state. These only come in 3 colours; Natural Black, Natural off black and Brown, the availability on lengths and styles will vary. This is the most expensive type of Virgin hair you can get. Virgin hair from 1 donor is not for the faint-hearted, you will need to take special care of it and buy the best product on the market to maintain its natural beauty as its not naturally attached to the head.

Frequent care is required to retain its beauty by adding a low frizz serum and natural oils such as unrefined coconut or olive.

Orders:
Delivery of these wefts will take 7-10 days (including weekends). This is because its impossible to predict what styles, lengths or colours our clients will order. Therefore, the wefts are produced when ordered.
As soon as your payment has been received, we will start the process of getting your order made up for you. We will send you an email when your order is on its way to you. Our factories work 24hrs therefore there maybe times when you will receive your orders earlier than 7 days, either way, you will be notified.
You do not need to have a pay-pal account to make your payment through pay-pal, you can pay using your visa debit or credit card, just follow the screen to pay-pal and select the option to pay by card.

Hair types and how they differ:
Indian hair is preferred by people who want a natural look, although the hair is thick, it isn't heavy, it feels light and airy especially after being washed. Naturally, straight Indian hair will go wavy after a few days of application and even more so when washed. For most people this is perfect for their hair type. Wearing it in a bun overnight will enhance the waves, a quick blow-dry or running straighteners through the hair will revert back to straight. If you want absolutely straight hair, your best option would be to go for Brazilian or Mongolian hair which will stay straight throughout.
With its Mediterranean, African and Arabic ancestery, Brazilian hair is quite hard wearing so can withstand the long term affects of heat and water, please be sure to choose the very best hair products to maintain and care for the hair. Opt for the sleek straight look or totally tropical spiral/curly look with this extremely versatile hair type. From thousands of hair stock, you can request the type of curls you would like, and we will let you know asap if we cannot source it for you. Both curly and wavy is the preferred look by Hollywood celebrities. However, you can always order straight and have it curled/tonged for special occasions.
Malaysian, Mongolian and Russian hair are good choices if you are of European/English heritage. These hair types are all light in density and will work well with most European women. Unlike Indian hair, straight Malaysian and Mongolian hair does not tend to kink or wave. Russian hair is preferred by most English women as they feel this is the closest match to their hair if their own hair is of light or medium density.
If you want super thick hair for a full head of extensions, Indian or Brazilian are your best choices. If you want fine hair to add body to your own choose between Malaysian, Mongolian or Russian.

Deliveries:
Worldwide: We prefer to use Royal Mail International Signed for & Airsure. As standard you should allow 2 days for UK deliveries, 3-4 days for European deliveries and 4-7 days for international deliveries (deliveries to the US will take 4-5 days as they will be sent by Airsure with tracking, this is the most cost efficient and fastest shipping method to America).You will always be notified when your package is on its way to you.
If you order in bulk, International deliveries may be subject to customs charges, VAT and/or Import duty, you will be required to pay for these by your country if this happens.
UK packages will be posted by recorded delivery. It will be insured to the value of your item and requires a signature on delivery. Special delivery and insurance for bulk orders can be organised. Please email us for details.
